16 Edits by Reena Simon
I've scoured the net to curate and bring you an Edit of handpicked Scandi-inspired interiors and fashion, saving you time to sit back, relax, and indulge in a Scandi Lifestyle.
Welcome to Edit 16, my last one of the year! I curate a weekly edit with items that catch my eye and to save you time from the many pages and endless scrolling that comes with online shopping. This week features a more relaxed approach to fashion from a comfy two-piece or toasty knitwear still appreciated at this time of year.
Homeware pieces I have yet to source for my own home and of course…searching for that designer vs high street find. Signed off with places I dream of visiting inspired by its architectural prowess and elegant interiors and to add to your little black book for travel.
I wanted to thank you all for your support as both free and paid subscribers as I ventured onto a new platform. I am open to suggestions on what you want to see here and hear about.
A recap of what happens with a Paid Subscription, you'll be able to view the full edit of 20 pieces week to week. As a paid Subscriber you will also access the renovation series which documents the renovation of a 1960s bungalow into a Black House. As a paid Subscriber you will also be able to access an upcoming health series which will cover more about my out of the blue health crisis, the treatment I had and the early Menopause challenges and I will try to share as much advice as possible along the way.
Plus, you'll gain exclusive access to our monthly Q&A sessions where you can seek direct advice and feedback on your interior design and renovation challenges, travel plans, or any other topics you're passionate about.
But that's not all – as a Paid Subscriber, you'll also join our vibrant community. Connect with like-minded individuals who share your love for calm interiors, travel, and fashion and are seeking a design led lifestyle in our exclusive Subscriber chat.

Long may the Sunday Roast dinner continue into 2024. This gravy boat from one of my favourite Scandi brands is a must!

I’m all about a cosy bed and no bed is complete without a fabulous throw. Details of clean lines and neutral colour upholding Scandi aesthetics.

So for those who are new to my Substack journey, Aligne has featured a couple of times in my recent edits. I can’t get enough of their sleek cuts and this knitted skirt!

Obsessed with this relaxed fit Cashmere knit and its ribbed detail.

The array of colours Gazelle serve can be overwhelming but this taupe and navy combo feels right up my street! Would look great with the navy knitted skirt for a relaxed winter look and pairs well with more pieces coming up in the Edit.
