15 Edits by Reena Simon
I've scoured the net to curate and bring you an Edit of handpicked Scandi-inspired interiors and fashion, so you can sit back, relax, and indulge in all things Scandinavian
Welcome to EDIT 15! I’ve been thinking ahead to New Year looks followed by winter walks. If you are looking for a party outfit and cosy clothes for the day after, this edit is for you! In addition I have highlighted some pieces from one of the most incredible design collaborations of the year between Studio Nicholson + Zara Home where Interiors and Fashion come together.
If Studio Nicholson isn’t on your radar, it needs to be as they are a fashion superhouse. They have created a series of objects for the home that draw inspiration from Japanese culture, architecture and interiors which are akin to the Scandi ethos and design principles and all at high street prices. The barrel leg jeans are sure to be a sell out and in my basket (can be found further on in the Edit.)
I want to wish all of you a very Happy & Merry Christmas! And a huge thank you for joining me as both free and paid subscribers. The support I have received in just 3 months for the launch of my first Newsletter and intimate community outside of Instagram has been incredible. No matter how hard I try, I can’t do Tiktok so to be here in a cosy space that is slow and intimate has been good for the mind. I think 2024 needs to be the year we get together in person so watch this space.

Sister Jane becoming a bit of a regular but what’s not to love about this sheer fabric and floral appliqué top. Pair with satin trousers further on in the Edit. If I was home for NYE this year, this would be the outfit.. but I will be in Dubai!

Ok, first up in the Studio Nicholson + Zara collaboration is this wool blend scarf that would look gorgeous with the navy coat.
03
A chic merino wool crew neck is a staple for any wardrobe and a perfect piece for layering in the winter months.
04
First Studio Nicholson + Zara homeware piece in the edit are these wool and silk cushion covers. The sleek finish looks beautiful.

I love the texture of bouclé fabric and this armchair contrast with wooden sides and legs is stunning.
